Lt. Ernest Anders Erickson

One of Lt. Ernest Anders Erickson's 1943/1944 leather A-2 Army Air Corps jackets from his days with the 95th Bomber Group (Heavy) when he was stationed out of Horham Airfield in England. Lt. Erickson was a B-17 pilot attached to the 8th Air Force and flew for the 334th Squadron on 35 missions.

The jacket was acquired by The 95th Bomb Group Memorials Foundation - Red Feather Club at Horham, England in 2017. Below the A-2 image you will see Mick Stannard and Darren Smith of the 95th accepting the jacket at the October 4th, 2017 reunion in New Orleans, Louisiana.
