The group is standing in front of a F-104 Starfighter. The ground crew, pilot, and German and Lockheed employees were working on, "The Zell Project." (zero-length launch). Looking straight into the sun, my father should have kept his sunglasses on. His smile is fantastic and he had a great time working with the Germans.
