An assemblage by any other word. A day when the light was right we brought together on the studio work table these artifacts. They belong to my grandfather Frank G.S. Erickson & my father Ernest Anders Erickson. Their collection of watches, pocket knives, rings, Air Corps pins, Lost Battalion items and other curiosities are often brought out to enjoy. As Ernest Anders called them, "thingamijigs." The items span from early 1900s through the 1960s and a few into the not too distant past. |
