My mom Bernice Lane (Hesselin) Erickson in the Sunset Beach house in 1967. My folks bought the property on the canals down near Huntington Beach in the early 1960s. We used to go there in the Summer and on the weekends when the weather was good.

The second photograph is of my mother Bernice taken in 1968 at the house along the canals. The last two photos are when the house was under construction. You can see my father Ernest Anders Erickson on the second floor working on the upper deck.
