A photograph I overlooked many times and to my surprise there standing on the 2nd deck of our house in Sunset Beach, California is my father Ernest Anders Erickson working on the remodeling. My folks had just bought the property on the canals down in Huntington Beach and were beginning to remodel the house when this photograph was taken by my mother, Bernice Lane (Hesslein) Erickson in the late 1960s.

The second photograph is of my mother Bernice taken a year or so later after construction was complete and the last photo is of another angle of the house and canals during construction.
