My mom Bernice Lane (Hesslein) Erickson in 1962 standing at the Sunset Beach home at 16781 Bayview Drive on Pacific Canal down near Huntington Beach. This photograph was taken right after closing on the purchase by my mom and dad, Ernest Anders Erickson. His 1956 Ford Country Sedan Station Wagon sits to the left. The house was built in 1930 and needed a lot of work which they completed in mid 1963.

A second photograph I overlooked many times and to my surprise there standing on the 2nd deck of the Sunset Beach house is my father Ernest Anders working on the remodeling.

The third photograph is of my mother Bernice taken in 1968 sitting on their deck enjoying a fine day on the canals.

The last photo is of another angle of the house from the Pacific Canal side.
