A beautiful photograph of my Aunt Dian Marcella Erickson at three years old in 1943 in Bismarck, North Dakota. It's one of those classic images that looks staged, but was just one of those magical moments. It is Dian playing in the high grass near her house on Jefferson like any three year old might do on a Summer's day.
