My grandfather Frank Severin Erickson's 1918 portrait he gave to me when I was a boy.

Frank was a member of the American Expeditionary Force * 308th Regiment * 77th Division * Company H 
He shipped out to serve in late Summer of 1918 and was fortunate to become a surviving member 
of what later would be referred to as "The Lost Battalion."
