My grandfather Frank G. S. Erickson's loved to make things and one thing he made often were Bird Houses. He attached them around his property in Bismarck and gave many away. These two here are being used quite well in the back area of my cousin Michael's home in Bismarck. Attached below are the various bird houses Frank crafted over the years. A recent photograph of Frank and Clara's home at 801 Jefferson Avenue, with one of Frank's bird houses in the tree on the left. Michael is the son of Dian Marcella (Erickson) and Floyd Nick Boutrous and the grandson of Clara Amelaia (Nelson) and Frank Severin Gustaf Erickson. |
